Baked Sesame Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chinese Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 8 Pieces of Atlantic Salmon (skin off)

Method

  1. Mix the sauces and oil together until smooth then pour over the fish
  2. Sprinkle sesame seeds over fish and allow to marinate for 30 mins.
  3. Place Salmon in Oven at 220° for 10 minutes
  4. Serve with mashed potato or rice and steamed Asian greens
