A Fantastic Mix Ideal for Shallow or Deep Frying Fish and Seafood
For every cup of dry mix you will need 220mls of ice-cold beer or sparkling water and oil for frying.
Pat seafood dry and dust with a little dry batter mix and heat the oil.
Whisk remaining mix with beer/water to pancake consistency.
When the oil is hot, dip your seafood in the batter and carefully add to the oil.
Fry until golden then turn and cook the other side until golden.
Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel.
